Agromate Connect – Terms of Service

Welcome to Agromate Connect, a smart agriculture and telemetry platform operated by NGE Agromate Private Limited (“Agromate”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Agromate Connect mobile application, Agromate telemetry devices, cloud infrastructure, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Agromate Connect, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
1. Description of Services
Agromate Connect provides smart monitoring and remote-control solutions for agricultural motor pumps and telemetry-enabled devices.
The Services may include:
- Remote motor pump control
- Device telemetry and monitoring
- Real-time alerts and notifications
- Device status monitoring
- Operational logs and analytics
- Cloud-based device management
- SIM and controller connectivity management
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services.
By using Agromate Connect, you confirm that:
- You are legally permitted to use the Services under applicable laws.
- The information provided by you is accurate and complete.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this requirement.
3. User Account and Registration
To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.
3.1 Registration Information
You agree to provide accurate and current information including:
- Name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Device/controller code
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
4. Authentication and Communication
Agromate Connect may use third-party authentication and communication services including:
- Google Sign-In
- Firebase Authentication
- Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM)
- WhatsApp Business APIs
You acknowledge that these services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
5. Device Integration and Permissions
The application interacts with Agromate telemetry and controller hardware devices.
To ensure proper functionality, the application may request permissions including:
- Internet access
- Notifications
- Camera access
- Location access
- Storage access
Disabling required permissions may limit application functionality.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not:
- Use the Services for unlawful purposes
- Attempt unauthorized access to servers or devices
- Interfere with the operation of the Services
- Reverse engineer or tamper with Agromate hardware or software
- Transmit malicious code, malware, or harmful content
7. Payments and Subscriptions
Certain Services may require payment or subscription fees.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or other authorized providers.
Agromate does not store complete credit card or banking information on its servers.
8. Third-Party Services
The Services may include links or integrations with third-party services.
Agromate is not responsible for:
- Third-party content
- External websites
- Third-party privacy practices
- Availability or reliability of external services
9. Data Usage and Privacy
Your use of Agromate Connect is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
By using the Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Service Availability
While we strive to provide uninterrupted Services, Agromate does not guarantee that the Services will always be available, secure, or error-free.
Services may be affected by:
- Network availability
- Telecom operator issues
- Internet outages
- Device hardware failures
- Maintenance activities
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
NGE Agromate Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Use or inability to use the Services
- Hardware malfunction
- Internet or telecom failures
- Unauthorized access
- Data loss
- Agricultural losses
- Power failures or operational interruptions
Users are advised to maintain proper manual supervision and safety mechanisms for connected equipment.
12. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, designs, content, and technology associated with Agromate Connect remain the exclusive property of NGE Agromate Private Limited.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the Services without prior written permission.
13. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time if:
- These Terms are violated
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected
- Use of the Services causes harm to Agromate or other users
Users may request account deletion by contacting us.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be published through the application or website. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Telangana, India.
